Approximately the time that I caught the sun saying a loud farewell for the day, welcoming the night.

Something was telling me to cycle a slightly different, slightly longer but higher way home from work. I'm glad I did, otherwise I wouldn't have caught this.

Feeling calmer today but absolutely drained. Bought myself a little treat of satsuma-scented shower gel and will shortly be smelling sweet. Sometimes we just have to let rip, I guess.

With Rol setting off each morning at stupid o'clock to travel to London I've been using that time to practice my ukelele - I think it's paying off, as me and two chums from choir had a really nice session last Wednesday evening and are meeting again this Wednesday.
