Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay

Two hours by bus from Montevideo and an hour by boat from Buenos Aires is the terrifically tranquil Colonia del Sacramento. It's touristy but not too much, and it has many of the things I like: old cars, historic buildings, amazing sunsets and cheap beer.
