Sweet Pizza

From an American perspective, a sweet pizza isn't a regular, but it's not an idea from outer space either. From a Thai perspective, a sweet pizza just can't be.

That is...until now...

The original idea was to make chocolate bread, but when the dough didn't rise, we had to make other plans. The slightly sweet bread turned into pizza crust after we stretched it out and baked it flat. While the dough was in the oven, Ellen and I went to the market to buy roasted peanuts and bananas. Then we made chocolate sauce by cooking sweetened condensed milk with cocoa powder until it was slightly thick.

All my Thai friends got over the weirdness of the pizza quiet quickly when they tasted our delicious creation. :)
