Quaker Oat Squares
breakfast of champions, well B and I at least.
managed to get some sleep last night, but i have been restless. its not that i am not tired, i am. its just that i am not sleeping well. its a light, disrupted sleep. but i can't figure out what is disrupting me. my best guess is my own subconscious--swirling with thoughts about school. oh, i am stress ball. but i have always been that way. normally it doesn't disturb my sleep though.
trying to meditate before going to sleep. trying to breathe deep and relax.
had a great, productive sunday. still studying, but will be going to bed early.
