Cypress Hill

Tony & Caroline took us for a great hike in the Cypress Mountains today.
The trail was fun in that it was tricky but not too tricky, the varied terrain making it difficult rather than a steep gradient (although it also had its fair share of climbs that almost finished me off).
We hopped, skipped and slipped over streams, tree roots, mud puddles, moss covered logs and rocks.
It was a great afternoon despite the fact that my feeble body is paying for it now. There's a fair old chance I won't be able to walk tomorrow, but it was totally worth it.
