The Tree of Life and Death

Today we scattered Mum's ashes where Dad's ashes were scattered 29 years ago. It was a peculiar thing to do but that is it over. I wanted to take some photos of the area where they were finally returned to the earth.

A Christian funeral service would always state 'earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust ; in sure and certain hope of the resurrection to eternal life' and that is what we did yesterday as we said goodbye to Mum.
