Garden Palm

Took this today at my father-in-laws having our last bbq of the season given the unusually warm start to October in the UK.

The subject matter isnt that interesting in my oppinion however its one of the 1st images taken with my brand new sparkly shiny NIKON D7000.

Used a Nikkor 50mm f1.8 which I'm fairly please with also have a Nikkor AF-S DX 18-200mm f3.5-5.6G ED VR II which I'm told is quite good.


Would be interested if anyone has experience of my new kit and any advice on how to get the best from it...
