What a glorious day again!
Jess came round first thing, and then our neighbour came round for a cup of tea. We only met her in the week so it was lovely to get to know her more! Her name is Solveig and she's from Iceland, but bizarrely since she came to Cardiff she's developed a brummy accent! Not sure how that happened...
We went for a picnic inthe park in the afternoon with Dave, Rach and Josh. It was lovely, playing ninja, eating ice cream and going for a paddle in the river. I never thought I'd actually properly paddle in the Taf but we found a clear spot so I went in quite far! Dave went properly swimming, fully clothed - we did not.
In the evening we had the CU acoustic night, which was brilliant. And the cakes were exceptional!
