Tuck in

Dog training day today.

Up at the crack of dawn, breakfast and off to the local park to meet a dog trainer who will, hopefully, polish our Tess and make her a complete pet.

She has appeared to hate the company of other dogs and is a complete nightmare on the lead, never been socialised, never been walked, it appears.

Well, Glenis had two poodles and another pupil, a CKC called Frodo who are now Tess' first canine 'friends'. We have ditched the harness and extendable lead [No control!] and fitted Tess with a K9bridle. Wise words from Glenis and Hey Presto, different dog.

I have just come back from the evening walk and apart from the humidity, it was a pleasure. Tess would seem to be happy [Mildly irritated by the nose strap] so, we will see how we go.
