Water of Leith

After a very disappointing morning watching the rugby we decided to take a walk to Stockbridge down the water of Leith for a spot of Lunch. Got some nice pictures of Antony Gormleys '6 times' installation figures, but they were soon surpassed by a grey heron fishing in the water at a Weir. But then as we reached Stockbridge a second heron was spotted nicely in the branches watching the river.

Lunch in Hamiltons and then a walk round the Edinburgh Botanic Gardens where I also got some nice potential blips. One of those days when choosing a blip is a real head scratcher.
