Gone!

These plums are now sliced and hiding under crumble mixture awaiting a hot oven. It's not their turn yet as said hot oven is currently housing a joint of pork and various vegetables. The smell is just lovely.

Sundays should always include a bit of hanging in the kitchen with the youngest member of the family singing and dancing to her latest favourite thing which is currently the GoGoGo show following yesterday's outing.

It should probably also include an early morning bike ride along the river with the eldest, whatever the weather but especially when it is so sunny and delightful.

And it should often include very good friends coming for lunch, like today. And as they are due any minute I should be gone too.

Today is officially a Good Sunday around here. Hope yours is too.
