Pianist or waiter?

This restaurant serves good food and the cool feature is that the waiters take turns playing the piano. Different styles even, quite fun.

Problem might be that if you select your staff on how they play piano, you might not be able to select them on other criteria.. like being a waiter. For some reasons I've heard complaints about this restaurant before, but never thought anything of it, but this time I kinda recognized the complaints.

On the other hands: good food, good music, and good company, so who cares about the waiter pouring red wine in a glass recently used for white wine, or missing main ingredients on your plate :D
