The things you find...

While pushing carriages at the grocery store I work at, I have found many things in the parking lot! I found this thing today. I was going to turn it into the service desk to be put in the lost & found, but things got busy and I forgot. I'll have to do it tomorrow. This little object is very interesting and pretty, but I have NO idea what it is! It sort of resembles an "e".
