Forlorn!

I chose that title tonight because I think that is how *I* feel!

The weather was quite cool and very wet all day....rain, rain, and more rain! I don't mind, but it does make one want to keep piling on more layers of clothing!

Husband and I left early this afternoon to return a car we have been "test driving" the past couple of days. The dealership generously allowed us to try it out, as Husband wanted to try getting in and out under various conditions. It worked quite well!

When we got to the dealership, we found our saleswoman we had seen previously and as we talked, we found out "the" car we want was sitting on the lot! This came as a real surprise, so we sat and went over figures and such. We ended up telling our saleswoman we would like until Monday to decide what to do.....cars are so expensive! Not something one just jumps into!

We got back home at about 6:30 this evening and I had to hustle to make some Buffalo Chicken subs for dinner. When everything was done, I realized I was....
(GASP!) Blipless! Oh no!

Quickly, I rushed out the door. By this time, it was nearly pitch black outside. Well, I decided to push the little Canon a bit further....closing in on a Gaillardia, I snapped a couple of photos and was quite happy with the end result....

The flower greatly exhibits how I was feeling when I found myself Blipless....feeling much better now, though!
