Asleep on the landing

Tonight Miss pink has decided that she will sleep on the landing.

We had a quiet morning at home this morning, me doing jobs (yawn) and Miss Pink helping me to hoover. At lunch time we had Aidan to play, but he wasn't feeling so great, so we had some Peppa Pig on, and all snuggled up to watch it. When Aidan fell asleep on the sofa, Miss Pink was quite upset, "wake up Aidan", "mummy, I want Aidan". It's hard for a two year old to understand that the little friend who isn't feeling well actually could do with a nap!

She was full of mischief when we went to collect Master Pink from school. He had stayed to do his first ever ICT club. (he sent an email to a teacher and then played games). The mischief didn't really stop all evening, and also resulted in lots of moaning and crying when mischief was put a stop to. At bedtime she went to bed happily but reappeared half way through Master Pink's story, and spent the rest of the evening running around the landing. The stair gate at the top of the stairs was shut, and she was happily just playing, but at some point she must have run out of steam and just flopped, as we found her, right by the stairgate, fast asleep!
