Oppsi!

When photographing in Aberdeen last night, i`d notices there was a hell of alot more flare from usual!! Sure the floodlight set up was different... but something just wasn't right! Well upon full time and working away in the press room i took the hood of my lens... and BOOM! problem solved! There had always been a tiny wee chip in one of the corners, but like one of those bruises you find on your body, but have no idea where it came from, this massive crack made an appearance!

Upon unscrewing it, it split further and is now in the bucket.... So, 77mm Hoya Filter - R.I.P

P.S Thank feck i keep filters on all my lenses... dont fancy even guessing the repair cost of one of the 70-200`s front elements! eeeek!
