I made this!

Well, surprisingly unbroken after last nights work drinks malarkey. Interesting insight into our corporate overlords (and interesting mix of drinks). We started the day with a trip to the Roseleaf for breakfast before heading off into toon for supplies. A blast to Stockbridge for a trip to Bowers the butcher before I ventured into Craigleith to buy a new bread tin and a set of digital scales.

Then home to make SJ her tea and also to try out the River cottage bread book recipe.

This is the result. I have to admit I am mighty proud of this.
