We've had one of those totally relaxed, not thinking about the real world at all type Saturdays :-)

Went to friends (Moyna, Rob & Livvy) this morning for breakfast and to watch the rugby. Shame Scotland played so well but couldn't quite hold on for the 80 minutes.
Then we slobbed at theirs for a bit before going to Farnham Park with them. Picnic, 2 play parks, a longer than planned walk and an ice-cream made for a lovely day.
It was a roasting 27C and even the breeze was warm so we were all very hot and sweaty by the end!

10k race tomorrow in Camberley. My shins have been ok today so I'm going to do it and then rest them for a couple of weeks afterwards. Hopefully it won't be quite as hot tomorrow.
