Spinach pie

This was my first attempt at a spinach & feta phyllo pie, or börek in Turkish. I was going to layer it, but then decided to roll and coil individual pies, as there are only 2 of us and I didn't want to make too much. They turned out nice, but I could almost hear my Grandmother laughing at my clumsy pastry skills, and also my use or feta, instead or proper börek cheese (I can't remember the English name of it). My Grandmother was such a good cook, and her börek was just the best ever... she would never just make the one type, but would always make 3, a spinach, a cheese and a minced meat. I still don't know which was my favourite!
