1st October ........

So, the eighth month of the year has arrived . What a beauty it has been too , with the sun out all day long.
We have lazed in the garden all afternoon, taking advantage of the sun loungers that have hardly seen the light of day this year.
This evening, we cranked up the BBQ , which also has hardly been used this year. In fact , we are still on the original gas bottle we bought two years ago.
Just how did we get to October so quickly ?
