A Day of Two Halves.....

......early start with a fine weather cycle to Glenogle Baths with N and Stig then a tasty brunch at Hamilton's. In the second half, Scotland snatched defeat from the jaws of victory (again) and I began to feel just rubbish. Tried to ward off the sensation of being spotted dick with more exercise, but had to concede and retreat to the sofa.

Nancy out on a henny, Stig watching the series finale of Dr Who, Sparky eating his tea and I'm not even feeling well enough for a beer.....now that's serious.
