Happy Chappy!

This little fellow followed my round as I potted in the garden today. He was great company and chirped away quite happily....but I do have 2 robins in my garden. As this guy followed me, the other sat either on the wall on in the tree. I believe a garden should only have one s they fight.

Managed a few (and more) patriotic tears this morning at the rugby. My heart really went out to the team - if I felt crushed, I can only imagine how they felt. They played like heroes and can come home with their heads held high. Very emotional!

I thought I had mastered a sock heel earlier this morning, but no! Back it had to go - just not getting this...and this is the easy pattern!! What a numpty I am. Still, I do persevere and am very determined to crack this heel turning malarky! This will be my 6th attempt!

So humid that I had a headache - the clothes on the line stayed wet all day - still at least it was dry. I have heard about the west coast...

A lovely languishing Saturday evening with X Factor and a movie - The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I loved reading the trilogy of books, so now for the movies.
