Heavy skies

Heavy skies today and wet, miserable weather, but another great day!
Candice has decided she wants some chickens so we went to the river market and bought 2.
I had lunch with colleagues from work for a 50th birthday. We totally surprised the birthday girl :) which was a lot of fun.
Tonight Michael and I are going out to dinner with a good friend. So a very social Saturday - not usual for us homebodies, but a lovely change :)
