Summit

Summitted Ben Loyal, near Tongue, North Sutherland today after a pleasant run/trot up its slopes whilst stags roared & rutted in the glen and a RAF Hercules plane flew below me.

There's a large military exercise happening across the Highlands at present. Quite a dilema, photo of the view from the summit or a shot of the hercules however this shot won.

Afternoon coffee in the Tongue Hotel and cooled off with a 500 metre swim in Armadale Bay. A tiring but good day off work, my only day off in a block of 7 days.
