Cheesecake

Cake? With cheese? Apparently so, and a national favourite to boot. I've had a bakeage night as I'm having a family dinner tomorrow - it's my sisters birthday on Monday.

Also done a Red Velvet cake (an American idea) so I'm now sweating like a sweaty thing in a hot kitchen. Makes the cake even more appealing knowing that little gem of info.

Now... Off to sit in the freezer.
