Rocks on Lihou

If you ever go to Lihou on a school residential, beware the rocks.
Picking them up can cause you to tear a muscle in your back.
Off to the doctors for pills and a week-long sick note.
Doctor called out that night because the pills just weren't helping.
More pills, stronger pills.
And finally floating away with the fairies in blessed relief, getting lots of sleep, letting the muscles relax and heal.
