Today I had to deal with two of the numptiest fannies that I have met in a long time. 80% of my time is spent of 5% of clients, ARGH........

Late meeting, at least that went well.

I blipped this on the way home. And I took it from UPSTAIRS on a number 22!!! (if you're not from Embra you will not realise the importance of this)
