Green Water

At the beginning of the month, the public swimming pool that I walk past every day on my dog walks, closed for the year. Since they have stopped putting chemicals in it, the water has already turned green. The level has also dropped quite a bit. Since I haven't seen them draining it, I imagine this is from evaporation.
