The Good Cause

Ha. One of the things these big orgs do is a bit of the old community involvement. So I went in for the Barnardo's auction online. You bid money to do stuff or win something; aware that you're paying over the odds, of course. But it's for a good cause.
But seriously, people are bidding a hundred squidderoos or more to shadow the head boy? What sort of creeps would do that? I'll tell you, the same sort of careerist creeps that'll get to the top, and not have a bloody clue what anything is about once they get there.
I did actually outbid everyone on something, I should say. Aye. A case of wine. It's for a good cause!
