Birds on a wire

Left the house at 0730 and looked up to see a constant stream of Swallows flying overhead, all heading south

Just around the corner virtually every overhead cable was full of Swallows, presumably gathering and getting ready for the off. There were Hundreds of them all around the village. Not the best of photos as I only had the phone with me.

Hope they make it back next year.
