Dine Out v Dine In

An errand to run straight after work tonight , took us right over the other side of town. The plan was to call at M&S and pick up a Dine In meal for £10 to have when we got back. As it was such a lovely evening, I was thinking more of dining out ..... at a pub ! .
I remembered there was a carvery type place , right by where we had to go.
We had never been before , yet had driven past it many times over the years.
As we drove in, the car park was busy and my heart sank . However, we decided to investigate and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.
So, we sat down by the patio windows , ordered a drink, and enjoyed a lovely evening meal.
