Cubism Day 9

Done at last!

My aims over this series if blips was to:

- Understand how the routines to solve the Rubik's Cube works

- bring my time to solve down to around 3 minutes

Have I done it?

My time to solve is around 5 minutes.

Well, I have a good understanding of all the stages apart from the final one. I am starting to understand and visualise the final solution.

Does that mean I have failed? No, I don't think so. The Cube is an amazing, simple yet complex device. Had I 'cracked it', the fascination and Magic would be lost for me.

That makes me think of two of my favourite Magicians - Paul Daniels and Penn & Teller. They are fantastic at explaining a trick yet still leave you fascinated.
