This fine lady was providing a training course today. Not only did she seemed totally impervious to all the collective cynicism in the room, but I (at least) came away with tips on improving how I engage with people at and away from work.

She saw me wandering around with my camera at lunchtime, so knew about my interest in street & portraiture. Still, it was obviously very kind of her to pose for me afterwards.
