Fresh baked apple pie

I took an evening off from the studying to go and catch up with my good friend N. We decided to do some baking and make apple pies. As she didn't realise that shop bought pastry doesn't contain dairy, we even made the pastry ourselves. Much hilarity ensued and we had lots of fun. She taught me to make pie and then I taught her about jam tarts.

In case you're wondering.... it was delicious!
