Carlsberg Sunrise

Another beautiful morning walk, Juno and I strolled around with no company. The sky was dancing with light, geese heading south gave a soundtrack in the silence.

Work was meeting of motivation.

Nice walk at lunchtime with Just Sitting, lovely man.

Ran to football coaching, first time in 3 weeks so very slow and tentative, felt ok.

Could coaching session to those who listen.

Chill out evening with family, chatted with eco daughter as a lot going on in her little life. Hope it helped her.
