Happy birthday to you!

Exactly one thousand years ago a castle was built on this site at Bauge which has now evolved into this Chateau and home of yet another tourist information centre. It really is fabulous with areas deliberately not renovated to leave evidence of former use. France really does this well and takes care of it's past and it's tourists.
