the food studies centre at my college holds regular skills eveningsm I treated my mum to the patisserie night! I booked so long ago back in October and finally it came round! I took some notes on cooking brownies and making ice cream but not sure I'll actually get round to doing it!

this is warm fondant brownie with peanut butter icecream - very very yummy!!
