Industrial Strength

Another gorgeous day, all is good at Camp Rach but my boss had some sad news ( I swear to God there is such a lot of it going on at the moment ), someone she knows is very ill and it's yet another reminder of how fragile we all are

On the back of that I have had an even more determined head on today, life is there to be lived and I have booked this race of craziness and endurance for a few weeks time for me and Z to do. Yay!!


Had a little run after work, this is the railway line that runs from Saltaire to Leeds, I like the contrast of steel and grasses a lot.

I feel content and feeling more blippy these last few days, it's good to be back
