The Healthy Option
OK, so today I am now able to hand on heart say I am a consistent fitness fanatic - I've completed day 2 of week 1 of Couch to 5K so I am officially a regular exerciser now!
I actually felt OK this morning pounding the streets at 6:45 but I am guessing I'll not feel the same tomorrow morning when all the aches start getting in the way. I thought I'd also do the healthy thing food wise as well and am munching on slightly more fruit than this image is showing.
