You'll be glad that I picked this over my initial blip which was a picture of my feet! This is much less likely to put you off your dinner!

I had a podiatry appointment today (hence the attempted foot blip). In case you were wondering, no, I don't have manky feet! I've been having problem with my ankle/leg when running.

Turns out I oversupination of my feet (think I got that right). Where my ankle naturally rolls to the outside. Not great when running

The doctor was very nice and I'll get an appointment through soon so get a cast done of my foot so I can get specially make insoles which should help them problem
