Positive

Another satisfied customer today after our latest assessment, although admittedly it's not very often that we get one of our major clients assessing our systems. The past two days went really well and at the closedown meeting this afternoon we got very positive feedback for what I've been doing. It gives you a good feeling because I've not done things the usual way, I've challenged the process and it seems to be going down well.

I don't like settling for second best, I like to do my very best. Things are looking good! Wonder if I might get a pay rise? Bob Hope and No Hope me thinks! Lol!
