Porlock weir.

Been trying to pack today.

It's not going well. I've just managed to coat my bed with stuff.

Which will probably be pushed onto the floor when I go to bed and have to be sorted in a hurry in the morning.

We plan to leave between 8.30 and 9 tomorrow morning.

Really looking forward to going back to Winch, but it always feels weird leaving here.


Mon Mothma and I had a bit of a roadtrip this afternoon to try and find some of the Somerset Art Week places. One was nestled in the Quantock hills with amazing views out to the Brizzle Channel; an amazing barn with some pretty nice canvasses wonkily hung!

Then on to Porlock Weir to another barn, this one right down by the channel, with some fantastic woodcuts. Now I'm itching to go back to uni to do some woodcuts.

Not sure where's a good place to get some nice grained wood offcuts though, any ideas? Doesn't have to be around Winchester, I might be able to find an equivalent!
