You can't beat a cup of tea.
sorry for the blurryness I've just woken up after a sleep before I start my night shifts tonight.
The mug itself came from Shanghai, its an official olympic one. Very good due to its largeness holds lots of tea.

Blips maybe a bit lame over the next few days as I'm on nights till wednesday.
