Ristorante Italiano
Yesterday Canterbury made the 'sponge' for some ciabatta bread and left it for 12 hours or so. Today he finished it off and baked it.
He also made ravioli (I made a pumpkin, tomato, spinach and parmesan filling), which was yum.
All in all, a very foody and relaxing weekend. Our house has been turned into a ristorante italiano, which can only be a good thing. Here he is proudly holding his ciabatta and in the background you can see his 'Ravioli a la Canterbury'.
Now we're going to have a cuppa Milo and one of the Pumpkin and Chocolate muffins I made this arvo. Better do some exercise tomorrow. Not sure the Pilates will keep up with all this good food.
Back to the stress of work tomorrow.
