Poached eggs

Had to blip this after Life in Fife blipped the same a couple of weeks ago.
I hadn't had poached eggs for ages even though they are the best way to eat eggs. Had made them last week in my poaching thing but slightly overcooked them and the middle wasn't runny. So tried them today using LiF's clingfilm method that she stole from another blipper and they were oozy & very yummy.
