Day one of decorating in the big Saunders house!

Helps if you read the title with a Newcastle accent!

So day one of having the decorators in. Half the glossing of the skirting boards has been done (you can see before on the right and after on the left, although I'm ashamed to point that out!!) the blank wall is having the wallpaper shown pasted on tomorrow and the rest of the glossing will be done then we're back to saving to get the rest of the house done! I'd like to say decorating our house is like painting the Forth Bridge, once you finish it's time to start again, but now they've invented some new paint that lasts 100 years so I'll have to find a new phrase...!!
