My Favourite Tree

We've all got one (haven't we?) :-/

I see this every day on the way to work, and after mulling over stopping and being a little late for ages, I did it today. In many ways I wish I hadn't as I haven't really captured it that well. It is at its best when foggy, in bleak winter avec le snow or with a bright blue summer sky behind it. It is also very lonely at the top of a hill, and this image doesn't really convey its elevation. In fact, the more I think about it this is crap!!!!! Sorry favourite tree....

Ah well, I guess I have set myself a tree challenge - watch this space.
