Dark Monday

Why is it that Mondays are so hard to get up for in the morning? Even if you have a had a nice relaxing Sunday, I still find it hard to wake up. I'm now finding it harder to leave the office on time as work becomes more pressured and I'm watching the days get shorter with daylight. At my studio everyone works in the dark with dim wall lights and just the glare of the large monitor screens bouncing light off their faces.
The mood on the street is gloomy as the rain has started to fall in Kings-cross. I don't have the dog with me today to cheer people up either... He's at home waiting expectantly for me!
