Summer's last flush?

We had rain overnight but glorious sun this morning - so I dashed out before the sun left the front garden to catch both the raindrops and the sun on the Alexanda Rose.

It is my favourite and it's stunning red blooms are the highlight of our front garden in summer. You can see yesterday's Rowan in the background too.

Spent most of the day in the garden but not gardening.
