Upstairs Downstairs

Apologies to the great TV show years ago on PBS. My reference here is this complex which is set up for first floor businesses with living quarters above. The blue awnings adorn a great little pub called Fibber McGee's.

As you can see, it takes up two units. Even at that, it is rather small and intimate. It's a perfect place to relax away from crowds of patrons and enjoy some good food and your beverage of choice.
